Consulting Packages: Management of Consulting Products and Services
Once Hammock Inc. creates the products and/or services, the client has the option to employ Hammock to manage them, or may manage them internally, or hire another vendor.
If employed, we will develop with you a list of operating procedures that we both agree to. The purpose is to establish processes, rules, responsibility assignment to lay a foundation for the new projects.
