RSS FAQ

What is RSS?

RSS, short for Really Simple Syndication, is a way for you to see information from a Web site -- like headlines or full stories -- without actually having to visit the site. The Hammock Inc. RSS feeds contain the full posts as we share them on Hammock.com.

How can I receive RSS feeds?

Desktop software applications called news readers or aggregators collect, update and display RSS feeds. Many of readers are available for low or no cost. Additionally, most major web browsers and email programs now include RSS capabilities.

How do I sign up?

Once you've set up a news reader, it's simple to subscribe to our feeds. Just click the individual feeds you are interested in on our RSS page. Your news reader should automatically give you instructions for adding a new feed. Repeat the process to add as many feeds as you like.

How can I use the Hammock Inc. RSS feeds?
