Covering an Event or Conference in Real Time

We'll be there, so it'll be kinda like you're there. That's how we like to cover an event!

The 2009 ASAE & the Center for Association Leadership Annual Meeting & Expo hasn't even started yet, but there is talk surrounding it going on all around the web.

On Twitter, attendees are talking about where to meet for dinner, looking for folks to share a cab with and planning what exhibitors they'll be visiting.

On Flickr, participants are adding their names to the group pool where all the pictures taken during and around the conference will be posted.

Everyone is blogging. And, of course, so are we!

Anytime that we're at an event, conference or party, we love to capture every aspect of the action. The various social media tools we use to be a part of the conversation on a daily basis are the same tools that help bring an event like ASAE together in real time -- not only for the folks who are there, but also for the folks who aren't.
