MyBusiness Helps Business Owners Beat Burn Out

FebMarchMyBcoverThis time of the year is tough. The holidays are over, your waistline has expanded and the weather outside is still frightful. Motivating yourself--much less your employees--is hard. Small-business owners everywhere battle burn out, so in the Feb./March issue of MyBusiness (the magazine we publish for members of the National Federation of Independent Business) Hammock's Emily McMackin set out to find ways to make work fun again.

Staying engaged is just one of the many challenges involved in running a business. Many independent owners also struggle when their businesses experience rapid growth. In "Growth Gone Wild" Hammock's Lena Basha talked to several owners about how they handle the often unanticipated problem of managing too much of a good thing.
